OnlyFans agency account access is the set of permissions a management agency uses to work inside a creator's account: the inbox, the posting queue, the statistics. It should be narrow, and you should be able to withdraw it yourself in one afternoon. An agency needs to read and answer your messages, publish the content you agreed on and read your numbers. It never needs your payout details, your identity documents or the email account your login hangs on.
That makes it a settings question rather than a trust question. The answers stay the same whether the agency is good or bad, because the point is that a bad month never turns into a lost account.
In short:
- An agency needs the inbox and the posting queue, plus read access to the statistics.
- You keep the account email, the password, the two-step method, plus your identity documents and payout details.
- Everything sent from the account stays your legal responsibility under the OnlyFans Terms of Service.
- Access you granted yourself is access you can withdraw the same afternoon.
What OnlyFans agency account access should cover, and what it never includes
OnlyFans agency account access should reach exactly as far as the daily work: your inbox, the posting queue, the files you hand over and the statistics. Everything that proves who you are or decides where your money lands stays with you and only you.
| Area | What the work legitimately needs | What an agency never needs |
|---|---|---|
| Fan messages | To read and answer direct messages in your voice | Your password in a shared document or a group chat |
| Posting | To publish posts and paid messages on the plan you agreed | The right to change your profile email or your password |
| Numbers | To read your earnings and your subscriber numbers | Your payout method, your bank details or your tax forms |
| Identity | Nothing at all | Your ID photos, your selfie checks, your legal name on file |
| Recovery | Nothing at all | Your phone number, your authenticator app, your email inbox |
| Content | The files you hand over for the agreed plan | Standing access to your full private archive |
Read the right-hand column as one rule: the agency works inside the account, and you remain the only person who can prove ownership of it or move money out of it. An agency that needs more than the middle column is asking for convenience at your expense. What belongs in the contract around all of this is covered in our guide to OnlyFans management agencies.
Who owns my OnlyFans account when an agency manages it
The account belongs to the verified person behind it, and that cannot be transferred to an agency. The OnlyFans Terms of Service put it plainly: if someone else assists a creator with the operation of the account, this does not affect the creator's legal responsibility, and the platform's relationship is with the creator rather than with any third party.
Verification keeps it that way over time. OnlyFans states in its Creator Center that all accounts are subject to selfie checks on a regular basis, so that profiles remain in the control of their verified creators. Nobody can pass those checks for you, which is the structural reason an agency cannot own an account it did not open in its own name.
The same terms also say the platform is not liable for lost, stolen or compromised accounts, passwords or email accounts, or for the unauthorised payments and withdrawals that follow. An agency holding your credentials is therefore a risk you carry alone. If you also want your legal name kept out of the public side of the account, that is a separate subject, covered in our guide to running OnlyFans anonymously.
Is there an OnlyFans agency login?
OnlyFans does not document a separate agency login. Its Help Center has an Account Access and Security section, and as of September 2026 that section covers password recovery, Two-Step Authentication and the case where someone else has accessed your account. It lists no team roles and no permission levels. An agency working in your account is therefore signing in as you.
In practice, OnlyFans agency account access runs through a management tool that stores your credentials and routes several staff into one session, and the role limits such a tool shows you are enforced by that vendor rather than by the platform. Put three questions in writing before anyone logs in. Which product will my account run through? Which company stores the credentials? What exactly disconnects on the day I leave?
Some of these tools advertise that they disguise devices and locations so several logins look like one. The Acceptable Use Policy lists interference with OnlyFans' software, hardware or network as prohibited cyber activity, and says a breach may result in deactivation of your content or your account. Whether a particular tool crosses that line is a question to ask the agency in writing, and one for a lawyer if the answer matters to you. Either way the account that gets deactivated is yours.
Two-step authentication is where you keep the balance. Set it up yourself, with an authenticator app on your own phone or the number registered to your account, and do not forward the codes into a team chat. A code that sits in a group chat no longer adds a second step.
What happens to your content rights
Your content stays yours. The Creator Center states that OnlyFans creators own 100 % of their content and keep 80 % of all earnings, and the terms say the platform does not own your content while you grant it a broad licence to run the service. That licence is to OnlyFans. No part of it reaches your agency.
A management contract can quietly add a second licence, and that is the clause to look for. Search the document for the words licence, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, then read every sentence they turn up in. Ask what happens to the material after the contract ends, and get the answer that your rights survive it intact. The same goes for promotion accounts opened in your name: they are assets built from your content, and they belong on the handover list.
What an OnlyFans agency NDA is for
An OnlyFans agency NDA protects the information the work exposes: your legal name, your location, your numbers, your unpublished content, plus the fact that a team writes with your fans. It runs in both directions, since the agency also has methods it does not want published.
An NDA is a promise rather than a control. It sets out what people owe you afterwards, while the question of who can see what today is settled by the access you grant. Ask who has actually signed it, the company or every individual working on your account.
How to check your numbers yourself
Every figure an agency reports to you exists in your own account first. The Creator Center describes a Statements tab that shows your earnings and your payout requests over a given period, which is enough to rebuild any monthly statement you receive.
| What you check | Where you read it yourself | What the agency statement should match |
|---|---|---|
| Fan spending in the period | Statements, earnings for the same dates | The same gross total, same date range |
| The platform fee | The 20 % OnlyFans deducts before you see the money | Stated separately, never folded into the share |
| The agency share | The percentage and the base agreed in the contract | Calculated on the base named in the contract |
| Payouts | Payout requests and your own bank statement | Money arriving in your account, not the agency's |
Do this once in the first month rather than in the sixth, and say that you are doing it. An agency that reports openly has no reason to mind. Where the numbers do not reconcile, the difference is usually the base: a share taken on gross fan spending looks very different from the same percentage taken after the platform fee.
How to grant access, and how to take it back
Granting OnlyFans agency account access takes four steps, in this order. Hold the account email on an address only you can open and secure it with its own two-step authentication. Set up two-step authentication on the OnlyFans account itself. Write down who gets access, through which tool, for which work. Only then does anyone else sign in.
Taking it back is a drill worth knowing before you need it, and it also runs in order.
- Change the OnlyFans password, then set up two-step authentication again from scratch.
- Change the password of the email account the profile is registered to.
- Check that the payout method and the bank details are still yours.
- Confirm in writing to the agency that access has ended, and note the date and time you sent it.
- Read back over the last days of posts and messages sent in your name.
If something has already gone wrong, OnlyFans keeps a Help Center article for a suspected unauthorised access, and support is the route for a locked account. Your agency is not that route.
Which access requests you should refuse
Most OnlyFans agency account access disputes start with something that looked administrative at the time. Five requests are worth refusing outright, whoever is asking.
- The agency offers to create the OnlyFans account for you, or to register it to its own email address.
- Your password is requested before anything is signed, or stored anywhere you cannot change it.
- Payouts are routed to the agency, which then sends your share on.
- Your ID documents or tax forms are collected "for verification" by the agency.
- Access cannot be removed without asking the agency to remove it.
Treat these as checks to run on any agency, including us. The wider due-diligence pass sits in our OnlyFans agency checklist: every question with a way to verify the answer.
How MAXMO handles account access
All logins stay with you. You grant the access yourself, in the way you choose, and nothing is set up around you. Your profile email, your two-factor authentication and your payout details stay exclusively with you. The content rights stay 100 % yours while the contract runs and after it ends, and the usage licence we hold runs only for as long as we work together. We sign a confidentiality agreement with every creator, and there is no minimum term, so the arrangement ends when you decide it should.
Every number stays open on your side. You receive a monthly statement with all the numbers visible, and you can hold it against your own Statements tab line by line. Anything in this article that you want answered about us is a fair question for the first call.
The work is done by 21 specialists for eight creators, with a personal contact who stays yours. We work with creators who already have an account running, not with people starting from nothing. You can read what those people actually do across our five areas of work, see what changed for three creators, find shorter answers in the FAQ on our homepage, or tell us where you stand and get an honest assessment within 48 hours.
