Hosting (Netlify)
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA). When pages are requested, Netlify processes technically necessary connection data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, requested page, browser type) in server log files. This processing is required to operate and secure the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Netlify deletes log data automatically after a short period.
Application form
When you submit the application form, the data you enter (name, Instagram or X profile link, email, phone number, your answers and your message) is transmitted to and stored in our backend at Supabase (Supabase Inc., data hosted in the EU, Frankfurt region). We use it solely to review and respond to your application (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract). The application is created from the first step, so incomplete applications are stored as well. Photos you optionally upload are kept in a private storage area and are deleted together with the application. Additionally, we store which page you arrived on and which site referred you, so we understand which channels our applications come from. We do not use this data for anything else and never share it with third parties. We delete your application data - complete or incomplete - no later than six months after the communication ends, or sooner on request.
Adults only (18+)
This website and our services are directed exclusively at adults - at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in the respective country. We do not knowingly process data of minors. Any collaboration requires proof of age with a valid identity document. If we learn that data of a minor has been submitted to us, we delete it immediately.
Videos and voice notes
All videos and voice notes on this website are hosted on our own infrastructure (Netlify) and play without third-party players. Playing them does not establish a connection to any external video service; only the connection data described under hosting applies.
No cookies, no tracking
This website does not use tracking or marketing cookies and does not use third-party analytics services. Fonts and graphics are embedded locally; no fonts are loaded from external providers (e.g. Google Fonts).
Aggregate statistics
We count page views and form submissions in aggregate (page, referring site, coarse device class, language). This involves no cookies, no persistent identifiers, no IP address storage and no cross-site tracking - individual visitors cannot be identified.
Recipients and third-country transfer
Recipients of the data described above are Netlify (hosting) and Supabase (application data, hosted in the EU). Netlify is based in the USA; transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable. Supabase processes and stores this data within the EU (Frankfurt, Germany), so no third-country transfer applies to application data.
Your rights
You have the right to access the data stored about you, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Simply contact us via the form.
