If you search for "OnlyFans agency Berlin", you mostly get Instagram profiles and directories. Where an agency keeps its laptop open has almost no effect on your revenue, since OnlyFans management runs remotely. Living in Berlin as an international creator changes other things: your Anmeldung at the Bürgeramt, how much privacy a small expat circle leaves you, and how closely you read a provider that leans on the Berlin name.

Do you need an agency based in Berlin?

No. Nothing in your daily routine needs the agency to sit in your city. Management happens in the browser and in a messenger, and a Kreuzberg address says nothing about how well a team looks after your fans. A hit for "OnlyFans agency Berlin" shows how a provider markets itself; how it works only shows in the contract and the first calls.

For an English-speaking creator in Berlin, the location changes surprisingly little:

What an "OnlyFans agency Berlin" promises Tied to the location?
A coffee in person Only partly. A video call covers the same ground from your sofa.
Chats in English or German No. It comes down to who sits in the chat shifts.
Fans writing at night or on Sunday No. Whoever is rostered answers, wherever they sit.
Help with German paperwork Partly. Handy as orientation, never a stand-in for your tax advisor.
Shoots around Berlin Possible if a provider offers them, but they rarely move revenue as much as a strong content plan.
Staying discreet If anything, the opposite: an office in Berlin is a door someone could watch you walk through.

Registering as a creator in Berlin when you are not German

If you earn regular money with OnlyFans in Berlin, you register with the tax office and, if your activity counts as a trade, with the district office. As a non-German citizen, your address registration comes first, and outside the EU a residence title that allows self-employment. The tax office decides whether your page is a trade or freelance work, so bring that to your tax advisor before anything else.

These are the steps at Berlin's offices, as of October 2026:

  1. Anmeldung of your address. Anyone who moves into a main residence in Berlin registers at a Bürgeramt within 14 days. The online route only covers German and EU citizens moving within Germany, so arriving from abroad means an appointment in person. The Federal Central Tax Office sends your tax ID only by letter to your registered address.
  2. Check your residence title. EU citizens need none for the trade registration. If you hold a permit issued for another purpose, such as a job or studies, the Landesamt für Einwanderung (LEA) can allow self-employment in addition under § 21 (6) AufenthG. Otherwise you apply for a residence permit for self-employment. Freelance work has its own permit with different conditions.
  3. Gewerbeanmeldung in Berlin. The Ordnungsamt of the district where you run your business is responsible, for most creators that is their own flat. You file online through the English page Register a trade on Service Berlin or in person with the PDF form. Non-EU citizens show their residence title. The registration is due on the day you start.
  4. Tax registration. You send the Fragebogen zur steuerlichen Erfassung through Mein ELSTER within one month of starting. Without a tax number or tax ID yet, you can register for this form with just your email address.
  5. VAT and IHK. In the questionnaire you decide on the small-business rule (Kleinunternehmerregelung) under § 19 UStG. Traders also join the IHK Berlin, free of charge below a profit limit.
Step Office in Berlin Cost or deadline
Anmeldung Bürgeramt, in person when you arrive from abroad free; within 14 days of moving in
Residence permit for self-employment (non-EU only) Landesamt für Einwanderung, online application before you start
Gewerbeanmeldung Ordnungsamt of your district, online through Service Berlin €15 online, €26 in person; at the same time as you start
Tax registration questionnaire Tax office by postcode, through Mein ELSTER free; within one month of starting; about 2 weeks processing
Small-business rule (§ 19 UStG) Your choice in the ELSTER questionnaire turnover of €25,000 or less in the year before, and €100,000 or less during the running year
Trade tax Tax office sets the base amount, Berlin sets the multiplier multiplier 410 % since 1999; allowance €24,500 trade profit for sole traders
IHK fee IHK Berlin no fee up to €5,200 trade profit without a commercial register entry; founders exempt in the start year and the year after up to €25,000 under conditions (§ 3 IHKG)

Worked example: trade tax in Berlin

The trade tax in Berlin (Gewerbesteuer) is the one item of your self-employment whose rate the city sets itself. According to the Berlin Senate Department for Finance, the Berlin multiplier has not changed since 1999. Below the allowance, you pay no trade tax as a sole trader. Above it, the simplified calculation under § 11 GewStG and § 35 EStG looks like this:

Step Calculation Result
Assumed trade profit (example) assumed €40,000
minus allowance €40,000 - €24,500 €15,500
Base amount €15,500 × 3.5 % €542.50
Trade tax in Berlin €542.50 × 410 % €2,224.25
Reduction of your income tax 4.0 × €542.50 up to €2,170
What is left €2,224.25 - €2,170 about €54

Because the Berlin multiplier sits only slightly above the credit factor, only a small remainder is left. The condition is that enough German income tax falls on your business income. Still plan the trade tax as a separate payment, because it is assessed and due separately.

All of this is general information and not legal or tax advice. If you are a US citizen, the IRS taxes you on your worldwide income wherever you live, so you may file in two countries; look for a tax advisor who works in English and knows both systems. VAT on OnlyFans income and the records to keep are covered in OnlyFans taxes, the national rules on the page about an OnlyFans agency in Germany.

Staying anonymous while you live in Berlin

Berlin's size alone does not hide you. Strangers rarely recognise you here, but as an expat your circle is often concentrated: colleagues, your language class, the same expat groups.

These four things matter most while you live here:

  • Geoblocking. In the privacy and safety settings you can hide your profile from whole countries and from individual IP addresses: Germany, so people around you usually cannot see it, or your home country, where your family lives. Every block also locks out paying fans there, a real cost if your home market is the US or the UK. A VPN or a leaked clip still gets past any block.
  • The background of your photos. A window with a view of the TV tower, the yellow U-Bahn or a street sign gives away your area faster than any caption.
  • Location data and geotags. A geotag in Prenzlauer Berg or a story sticker with your district narrows your home down to a few streets. Turn off both on the accounts you use for your page.
  • Your address in an imprint. Anyone who offers digital services on a business basis must state a name and address under § 5 DDG. Whether that applies to your promo channels, and which address may appear there, is for a lawyer to clarify before your Berlin home address becomes public.

Should a provider that markets itself as "OnlyFans agency Berlin" propose shoots at well-known spots in town, that may help your reach but undermines your anonymity, so settle before each shoot that nothing recognisable ends up in frame. Anonymous OnlyFans shows how far anonymity can go, and OnlyFans without showing your face covers working with no face on camera at all.

OnlyFans agency Berlin: how to vet a provider

A provider that leans on Berlin gets the same four checks as every other: the company, the contract, the billing basis, the access. What counts is a verifiable company with an address and promises written into the contract.

Claim you read What to verify
"OnlyFans agency Berlin" in the Instagram bio The imprint: which company stands behind it? A German GmbH appears in the commercial register.
"Our Berlin studio" An address they can actually show you, plus the question of who owns the footage.
Identical text for ten cities Is any line true for Berlin alone, or was only the city name replaced?
"Starter package", setup fee Is money due before the first result?
"Double revenue or you pay nothing" Conditions in the small print, for example a revenue floor or an opt-in clause before work begins.
"Hundreds of creators on our books" The size of the team behind your account and whether one person stays your contact.
"We take over your account" Who controls the login email and where the payouts land.
"Fair share" Net or gross: which revenue is the percentage taken from?
"Many happy creators" Can you speak to someone who is a creator there today?

Trouble starts when a provider boasts of a Berlin presence and cannot show it. Whatever an OnlyFans agency Berlin sells, money requested ahead of any results is a warning sign. The usual tricks are collected in OnlyFans scams.

For the full picture, open the OnlyFans agency checklist, read how to choose an OnlyFans agency, compare how much OnlyFans agencies charge, check the contract clauses to insist on and finish with privacy and account access.

What remote management looks like day to day

With remote management you supply the content; the team does everything around it and every number stays visible to you.

Berlin's clock makes round-the-clock coverage a must. A fan in New York who opens the app at 8 pm does so at 2 am Berlin time, and in Los Angeles the same hour is 5 am for you. Those messages land while you sleep, and with no chat team on shift they stay unanswered. London sits just one hour behind Berlin, so UK fans are awake when you are.

In a typical week you shoot to a content plan and upload the material. The team schedules the posts and runs the chats. It also sets prices and tests what sells. You have one fixed contact in a messenger, and a monthly statement shows every number. Which areas a team covers is on our services page.

MAXMO: founded in Berlin in 2020

If your search for an "OnlyFans agency Berlin" ends at MAXMO, the connection is simple: the company started in Berlin in 2020. Today the team works remotely, so there is no office to visit and none is claimed, and your fans' chats are covered 24/7. How it began is told on the about us page. Your fans get answers in their own language: the team chats in English, German, Spanish, Portuguese, French and Japanese.

The gain in numbers: 21 specialists look after 8 creators, more than 2.5 people per creator. Creators average $75,000 a month, one creator's strongest month reached $310,000, and revenue grew by 120 % in the first 90 days, an average across eight accounts. Quality management is certified to ISO 9001:2015. An application gets a reply within 48 hours.

  • Few creators, many hands. The roster is deliberately capped, so the team keeps room for each creator.
  • One contact who stays. A single personal contact is assigned to you and stays with your account.
  • Nothing billed before results. No setup fee, no onboarding charge.
  • A share on what arrives. 30-60 %, agreed in the first call. It is taken from net revenue after OnlyFans' 20 % and invoiced on the amount that actually reaches your account. As a rule it covers growth only, so what your page earned before MAXMO is not charged.
  • A trial first. Work begins with a trial period so you can see whether it fits, and the contract ends three days after notice, from either side.
  • Proof, not promises. Ask in the first call and live figures go on screen.
  • Shoots handled. When your content plan calls for a shoot, MAXMO organises and pays for it, discreetly and without identifiable locations.
  • Control stays with you. Your email, two-factor authentication and payout details remain yours. You grant access yourself. Content rights stay 100 % with you, and the NDA is signed together with the contract.

Most of our work is with pages that are already live, and in individual cases we help with the launch and the verification phase too. Fansly accounts are on our roster alongside OnlyFans. If you would like to hear it from someone in the roster, we arrange a talk with a creator we work with today. The development behind the numbers is on the results page. One of our creators puts it this way: "I didn't even know what I was missing until I saw what real support looks like." The home page gives the short version.

Starting from Berlin takes four steps:

  1. Send a short note on your current situation through the application or the contact page.
  2. An honest assessment arrives within 48 hours.
  3. The first call is for your numbers and for agreeing the share.
  4. Then the trial phase begins, and you grant access in whatever way you choose.

To find out whether this suits you, send us a message via the contact page.
