Search for "OnlyFans agency Germany" from a flat in Germany and you get two kinds of results: agencies with a German postal address, and foreign companies with a German-language website. Neither tells you much about the quality of the work. What Germany does change is administrative: whether your residence permit allows self-employment, how you register, which trade tax your city charges, and how you examine an agency before signing. Everything below is written in English for creators who live in Germany and meet German paperwork as a second language.
Do you need an agency based in Germany?
No. Everything runs through a browser and a chat app, which is why a Munich office adds little beyond what a video call gives you. What an agency is worth shows in how it handles your fans, and a letterhead from Hamburg, Cyprus or anywhere else does not predict that. A search for "OnlyFans agency Germany" mostly measures how well a provider buys visibility; the work itself you can only judge by looking at it.
If you moved to Germany from abroad, a German connection helps in fewer places than you might expect:
| What an OnlyFans agency Germany might offer you | Where the location matters |
|---|---|
| A coffee in person | Slightly. A video call covers the same ground without a train ticket. |
| English or your first language in the chats | Not at all. The people on the roster decide that, not the postcode. |
| Night and weekend coverage | Not at all. Shift scheduling decides it. |
| Help with German offices | Somewhat. Good orientation, but never a replacement for a Steuerberater. |
| Shoots in German cities | Yes, when offered. Results depend more on the plan behind a shoot than on its place. |
| Staying unseen | Often reversed. A local office is somewhere you can be spotted. |
Ready to grow with a team behind you?
Some agencies on the German market lead with a German-speaking team. If your fans mostly write in English, first ask which languages the team really covers. Which tasks an agency covers, and what it earns from them, is the subject of the OnlyFans management agency guide.
Can you run an OnlyFans page on your German residence permit?
That depends on your passport, so check it before you register anything. As an EU citizen, you can settle in Germany as a self-employed person under § 2 of the Freedom of Movement Act for EU citizens. From outside the EU, your residence title decides. Under § 4a of the Residence Act, every residence title must show whether you may work and whether that work is restricted.
Look at what your permit says about "Erwerbstätigkeit" (gainful activity) and "selbständige Tätigkeit" (self-employment). A permit issued for a job or for studies can be limited to exactly that. A separate permit for self-employment exists under § 21 of the Residence Act. If your permit does not clearly cover self-employment, ask the foreigners' authority (Ausländerbehörde) before your page earns its first payout.
Two more German basics catch newcomers out:
- Anmeldung. Whoever moves into a flat registers with the local registration office within two weeks (§ 17 of the Federal Registration Act). The Federal Central Tax Office sends your tax identification number only by letter, to that registered address.
- German is the official language. § 87 of the Fiscal Code makes German the language of the tax authorities, and a tax office can ask for a translation of documents in another language.
Registering OnlyFans income in Germany
If you earn money with OnlyFans regularly, you register with the tax office. If your activity counts as a trade, you also notify the trade office of your town. The tax office, not you, decides whether your page counts as a trade (Gewerbe) or as freelance work, so put that question to your tax advisor before anything else.
The procedure as of October 2026:
- Trade registration (Gewerbeanmeldung). You notify the trade office of the municipality where you run the business, at the same time as you start (§ 14 of the Trade Regulation Act). Many cities, Berlin among them, accept it online, and the fee is set locally.
- Tax registration. You also submit the questionnaire for tax registration through Mein ELSTER, within one month of starting (§ 138 of the Fiscal Code). Freelancers only file this notice. You then receive a tax number.
- VAT. In the questionnaire you choose whether to use the small-business rule, with the limits from § 19 of the VAT Act in the table below. In 2023 the Court of Justice of the EU upheld, in case C-695/20 (Fenix International), the EU rule under which a platform that sets the terms and collects the payments can count as the supplier to the fans. How that shapes your own VAT position is the second question for your advisor.
- Chamber of commerce. A registered trade makes you a member of your local IHK, with contribution exemptions for small trades and founders (§ 3 of the IHK Act).
| Step | Where in Germany | Cost or deadline |
|---|---|---|
| Trade registration | trade office of your municipality, often online | set by the city (Berlin: 15 Euro online, 26 Euro on site); when you start |
| Questionnaire for tax registration | your tax office, via Mein ELSTER | free; within one month of starting |
| Small-business rule (Kleinunternehmerregelung) | you opt in or out in the questionnaire | prior-year turnover up to 25,000 Euro and current-year turnover up to 100,000 Euro |
| Trade tax | tax office sets the base amount, the city sets the multiplier | allowance of 24,500 Euro trade income for sole traders |
| IHK contribution | the IHK of your city | none up to 5,200 Euro trade income without a register entry; extra founder exemptions |
Trade tax in Germany: what four cities charge
Trade tax is the one item whose rate each city sets for itself. The base comes from federal law (§ 11 of the Trade Tax Act), then the city applies its multiplier (Hebesatz), taken from each city's finance pages. Part of it is credited against your income tax under § 35 of the Income Tax Act. The example below assumes a trade income of 60,000 Euro.
| Calculation | Berlin | Hamburg | Cologne | Munich |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Multiplier (Hebesatz), status October 2026 | 410 % (since 1999) | 470 % (set for 2026) | 475 % (2026) | 490 % (since 1997) |
| Assumed trade income | 60,000 Euro | 60,000 Euro | 60,000 Euro | 60,000 Euro |
| less allowance of 24,500 Euro | 35,500 Euro | 35,500 Euro | 35,500 Euro | 35,500 Euro |
| base amount at 3.5 % | 1,242.50 Euro | 1,242.50 Euro | 1,242.50 Euro | 1,242.50 Euro |
| trade tax (base amount × multiplier) | 5,094.25 Euro | 5,839.75 Euro | 5,901.88 Euro | 6,088.25 Euro |
| credit against income tax (4.0 × base amount) | up to 4,970 Euro | up to 4,970 Euro | up to 4,970 Euro | up to 4,970 Euro |
| left over | about 124 Euro | about 870 Euro | about 932 Euro | about 1,118 Euro |
The further a city's multiplier lies above the credit factor, the more trade tax is left over. The credit only works in full if your business income carries enough income tax, so plan trade tax as a separate payment. If you live in Berlin, the OnlyFans agency Berlin guide walks through the local registration step by step.
This is general information, not legal or tax advice. Whether your activity is a trade and whether the small-business rule suits you is something you settle with a tax advisor in Germany. For a comparison with other countries' rules, see OnlyFans taxes.
Staying anonymous while you live in Germany
Moving abroad does not make you invisible, because people who know you from work or from home may follow the same accounts. Four points deserve attention:
- Geoblocking. Under Settings, Privacy and safety, you can hide your profile from chosen countries and from specific IP addresses. A creator in Germany can add Germany itself, and her home country if relatives still live there. The price is losing paying fans in those places, and VPNs or leaked content can still get around any block.
- The imprint duty. Under § 5 of the Digital Services Act (DDG), anyone offering business digital services must publish a name and an address. Ask a lawyer whether your promotion accounts fall under it before any private address appears in a public imprint.
- The background of your shots. A view of the Fernsehturm or the Elbphilharmonie narrows down your city at once. A street sign narrows down your district.
- Geotags and location stickers. Switch them off on every creator channel.
When an OnlyFans agency Germany proposes shoots at famous landmarks, it may be buying reach at the cost of your anonymity, so settle in advance that no location can be identified. For the limits of anonymity, and the reason the platform still holds your legal name, read anonymous OnlyFans. Creators who prefer to keep their face out of frame entirely will find the practical side in OnlyFans without showing your face.
OnlyFans agency Germany: how to check a provider
Judge an agency on the German market by whether you can look up the company behind it and whether its promises are written into the contract. A German flag on the website proves nothing.
- Imprint and register. When a site is labelled "OnlyFans agency Germany", open the imprint and ask which company stands behind the offer. A German GmbH appears in the commercial register.
- Language of the team. "German team" or "German expertise" only helps if the chat staff write in the languages your fans actually use.
- Language and law of the contract. A contract in German alone is fine if you read German fluently. Otherwise ask for a version you can read before you sign, and find out which country's law applies and where a dispute would be heard.
- Money before results. A "starter package" or setup fee means you pay before anything has been delivered.
- Promised results. A headline such as "revenue doubled or it's free" usually hides conditions, for instance a revenue minimum or an opt-in before the start. Get them in writing.
- Size claims. A boast of "hundreds of creators" says nothing about your own account. Ask who will look after it, and how many people that is.
- Account takeover. The phrase "we take over your account" is your cue to ask where the login email and the payout setup end up.
While you compare offers from any OnlyFans agency Germany lists, a fee before the first result is the clearest warning sign. The usual patterns are collected in OnlyFans scams.
For the full list of checks, use the OnlyFans agency checklist. If two providers both pass, how to choose an OnlyFans agency helps you pick one. How much OnlyFans agencies charge shows net against gross in actual money. The article on OnlyFans agency contract clauses lists what the contract needs. And OnlyFans agency privacy and account access shows how to hand over access while keeping control.
What remote management looks like from Germany
From Germany, remote work means you film, the team handles everything around it, and nobody asks you to attend an office meeting. The clock is the practical argument for round-the-clock chat coverage. A fan in New York writing at 8 pm reaches Germany at 2 am; one in Los Angeles writing at 8 pm reaches it at 5 am. A large part of the North American audience writes during German night hours, and unanswered chats cool off. Europe and the US change their clocks on different dates, so for a few weeks around late March and late October the gap is off by an hour.
Your part of a typical week is the footage for the content plan. Posting schedules and fan conversations sit with the team, as do price experiments, while a single messenger contact handles your questions and a monthly statement lists every number. Our services page lists what the team covers.
MAXMO: a Berlin start, remote work everywhere
MAXMO Management started in Berlin in 2020 (the about us page has the background) and the team works remotely. For you in Germany that means nobody to meet in an office lobby, and fan chats that are covered around the clock, in Leipzig as much as in Stuttgart. The numbers behind it: 21 specialists share 8 creators, which is more than 2.5 people per creator, and quality management is certified to ISO 9001:2015. The average creator earns $75,000 a month, one creator's best month came to $310,000, and across eight accounts growth in the first 90 days averaged +120%. We reply to applications within 48 hours.
Your fans get answers in their own language. The team chats in six of them: English, German, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Japanese.
What you gain:
- Attention. We cap the roster deliberately, so your fixed contact has the time to know your account and remains your contact.
- Costs that follow results. Nothing is billed upfront. Our share runs from 30-60% and is fixed in the first call. It is measured after OnlyFans takes its 20%, charged on the money that reaches you, and as a rule only on growth.
- Room to test. A trial phase opens each collaboration so both sides see whether it fits. Three days' notice ends the contract from either side, and you leave with everything handed over and a final statement.
- Proof on request. Ask in the first call and we show live figures; ask for a reference and you can speak with a current creator.
- Control. Your email, your two-factor authentication, your payout details: they all stay with you. You grant access yourself, and the rights to your content stay 100% yours. A confidentiality agreement is signed with the contract.
When the content plan calls for a shoot, we organise and pay for it at places that cannot be recognised. Our focus lies on pages that already run, and for individual creators we also guide the start and the verification phase. Fansly accounts are managed alongside OnlyFans. One creator describes the difference like this: "I didn't even know what I was missing until I saw what real support looks like." The home page has the overview, and our results page shows how numbers developed.
Getting started from anywhere in Germany takes four steps:
- Send a short note about where you stand, via the application form or the contact form.
- An honest assessment reaches you within 48 hours.
- On the first call we go through your numbers together and settle the share.
- The trial begins, and you grant access in whatever way you choose.
If you are weighing MAXMO against other OnlyFans agency Germany options, the contact page is the place to start.
